There has recently been much scuttlebut circulating online regarding the future of this site. We are unsure of the source of these unsubstantiated rumors, but there is absolutely no truth in them. As Mark Twain said, "rumors of my death are greatly exaggerated." Perhaps they're motivated by jealousy, or the desire to usurp the spotlight. We really don't know.

While it is true that there has been little activity anywhere on the site save for the message boards, that does not mean the owners are absent or uncaring. With no verifiable news regarding future Pirates of the Caribbean films, there's simply not much of any importance to report.

You, the reader, may be assured that any and all items of importance will be duly reported here in a timely manner. KTTC has an extensive network of news and information contacts as well as a fine reputation for being THE source for news and information regarding the Pirates films.

That won't change, regardless of what the pretenders may wish you to think.
